By accessing or using the digital services provided by Obsidex Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Obsidex Solutions provides high-fidelity neural handwriting synthesis and document automation services. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access our platform for personal or enterprise use, depending on your subscription tier.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for:

  • Forging legal documents or identities without proper authorization.
  • Automated scraping or reverse engineering of the FLOW-v4 engine.
  • Distributing malicious content or attempting to bypass system security.
  • Any activity that violates the laws of India or your local jurisdiction.

3. Intellectual Property

The FLOW-v4 neural engine, its specific stroke logic, and all platform architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of Obsidex Solutions. Output generated (PDFs/SVGs) remains your property, subject to your compliance with these terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Obsidex Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding three months.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

6. Compliance Notice

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of generated handwriting and digital signatures complies with local legal requirements for document authenticity and electronic signatures.
