Eligibility

Applies to the initial billing cycle of any premium plan. Renewal cycles are non-refundable.

Process

Refunds are processed within 48 hours and typically arrive in 5-10 business days.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard.

Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
No partial-month refunds are provided for early cancellation.
All Style Vaults remain preserved for 30 days after cancellation.

3. Processing Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Payment Provider Fees

Stripe and other payment gateway processing fees are non-refundable as they are retained by the financial institutions at the time of original transaction.
