Downtime is measured when the API returns 5xx errors or connection timeouts for >50% of requests during any 5-minute window.
Excluded from downtime: Scheduled maintenance (announced 72h in advance), force majeure events, issues caused by customer code or third-party services, rate limiting responses (429).

Latency is measured from request receipt to response transmission at our edge. Does not include network transit time to your servers. Batch operations may exceed these targets proportionally.

Burst limits allow temporary spikes. Sustained traffic above your plan's rate will receive 429 responses with Retry-After headers. Repeated violations may result in temporary suspension.
Response: 15 minutes. Status page update: 30 minutes. Resolution target: 4 hours.
Response: 1 hour. Status page update: 2 hours. Resolution target: 8 hours.
Response: 4 hours. Resolution target: 24 hours.
All incidents receive post-mortem reports within 72 hours. Enterprise customers receive direct email notification for P1/P2 incidents.
Enterprise customers are eligible for service credits when SLA targets are missed:

Credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident. Credits are applied to future invoices and do not exceed 50% of monthly fees. Not applicable to Free, Personal, or Pro plans.
