1. Overview

OBSIDEX SOLUTIONS is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your subscription or request a refund.

2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your account settings page
  • Contacting our support team via the contact page
  • Emailing us at support@obsidexsolutions.com

2.2 Effective Date

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to premium features until the subscription period expires.

2.3 No Partial Refunds

Canceling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles after cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers to Pro or Enterprise plans. To qualify for a full refund:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
  • Applies only to your first subscription (not renewals)
  • Applies to monthly and annual plans

3.2 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, we may offer a refund at our discretion if:

  • The issue is reported within 14 days of occurrence
  • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue
  • The issue is on our end (not user error or incompatible system)

3.3 Ineligible for Refunds

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

  • Subscription renewals beyond the first 7 days
  • Change of mind after 7-day guarantee period
  • Accounts suspended due to terms of service violations
  • Partial month usage
  • Free trial conversions (trial is already free)
  • Third-party payment fees (payment gateway charges are non-refundable)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us via the contact page or email support@obsidexsolutions.com
  2. Provide your account email and subscription details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Include any relevant screenshots or error messages

Our support team will review your request within 2-3 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • UPI/Razorpay: 5-7 business days to original payment method
  • Cryptocurrency: 2-3 business days (subject to blockchain confirmation times)
  • Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days depending on your bank

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to different payment methods.

6. Annual Subscription Refunds

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase, calculated as:

Refund Amount = (Total Paid / 12) × Remaining Months

After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled to prevent future renewals.

7. Free Tier

The Free plan has no associated costs and therefore is not eligible for refunds. Users may delete their accounts at any time.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback to resolve any billing issues.

9. Payment Gateway Fees

Please note that payment processing fees charged by Razorpay, cryptocurrency networks, or other payment gateways are non-refundable. These fees are deducted by the payment processor and not retained by OBSIDEX SOLUTIONS.

10. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated via email.
